Originally working for the Lake Charles T.J. Maxx, I have worked for TJX for 4 years and transferred stores as I moved around for college. My tasks over the years have involved:

• Working the jewelry counter and assisting customers to find unique items for their style
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for shoppers to have easy access.
• Selling TJX company's credit card rewards program to customers
• Handling transactions professionally and resolving customer issues while adhering to company policies
• Assisting customers in locating items and answering questions or concerns

• Supported Marketing Analyst in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working on the Property and Casualty side, and the Employee Benefits side, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Prepared a project as a final assignment to present for the team to showcase learned knowledge.
