Inspector Is responsible for periodical inspections based on coating requirements, client specifications, and time frame. This role requires coating process knowledge to ensure correct approach to a job. Responsibilities include confirming DFT readings, blast profile, correct reporting, safety measures, necessary supplies, and work orders.

  • In this position I also perform Pre-Audits for Turner. This requires visiting locations before job start to create a successful job from the start. This is to ensure AMPP/Client/Turner processes, and procedures will be met.

  • TSA is to be inspected with great scrutiny from surface preparation to bend and pull test.
  • Inspector is responsible for checking coating thickness and durability the meet all specifications.
  • Extensive work covering critical and lethal service disassembly, reassembly, testing, cleaning, and visual Inspection of Valves.
  • NDE radiography evaluation of cast and forged valves during Monsanto project.
