Inspector Is responsible for periodical inspections based on coating requirements, client specifications, and time frame. This role requires coating process knowledge to ensure correct approach to a job. Responsibilities include confirming DFT readings, blast profile, correct reporting, safety measures, necessary supplies, and work orders.

• In this position I also perform Pre-Audits for Turner. This requires visiting locations before job start to create a successful job from the start. This is to ensure AMPP/Client/Turner processes, and procedures will be met.

• In this roll I am responsible for daily, weekly and monthly task in relation to Cost tracking and financial reporting
• Utilize Turner software including E1 JD Edwards, PCS, Filenet, Google sheets, and Reports now
• Report weekly updates to Management on Job standings
• Input Credits/Debits on a daily basis
• Track Accruals / Deferrals as needed
• Produce cost reports in detail per Lump sum and T&M Jobs
• Monitor Job progress
• Upload Budget breakdown
• Host T&M meetings
• House, organize and utilize job information including proposals, Purchase orders, and Estimating docs
• Invoice Client per Job progression

• In this position I am responsible for creating inspection assignments, this includes job description, hours allocated, tracking activities and being available to direct Inspector as needed.
• Keeping clients and customers informed on current status of Job.
• Working with my team to perform at a standard held by Worley.
• Keeping organization
• Proficient in Google sheets, PDF, and Microsoft
• Gathering and evaluating cost, and job information
• Adapting to additional work and tools required
• Provide Inspection Service for Coatings

• Inspector is responsible for checking blast profiles, mixing of proper paints and thinners, mil check on all coats applied, properly coated per system required, flange face protection, certified and calibrated equipment, and final documentation as evidence of ambient temperatures recorded, blast material used, cure time, and any other special request meet.
• Confirming problems are solved by the facility per Client's request.
• Keeping an open communication throughout this process to ensure positive outcome.
• Working with vendors and clients daily to release loads in a timely fashion according to codes and specifications while upholding Worley work ethics.
• Other Inspections include galvanized pipe and Thermal Spray Aluminum.
• These are highly respected methods to protect steel from corrosion.
• Inspector is to determine the quality of the galvanized coating through visual inspection.
• Coating thickness, adherence, and uniform coverage are important aspects of a quality job.
• TSA is to be inspected with great scrutiny from surface preparation to bend and pull test.
• Inspector is responsible for checking coating thickness and durability the meet all specifications.
• Extensive work covering critical and lethal service disassembly, reassembly, testing, cleaning, and visual Inspection of Valves.
• NDE radiography evaluation of cast and forged valves during Monsanto project.
