Accepted a new employment opportunity with a new company in Natchitoches, LA as an entry-level manager for a new Tax Credit low Subsidy Housing Property. I accepted the position in June of 2023, but, the office was never ready to be occupied during my term of employment. As a part of my daily tasks, i collected monthly assessments, rental fees, deposits and payments. Signed leases with each new tenant. I did not get a maintenance hire as expected, so I did learn lots of new maintenance techniques and issues when they came along daily, as it was a brand new property with many issues due to poor and fast construction. I also found snd coordinated with personal vendors for the procurement of services such as repairs, renovations, landscaping. Collected rent from tenants to pay maintenance and repair costs and other expenses. I assessed client eligibility for rental subsidies such as Section 8 vouchers so they would qualify for our new housing program, with every daily receptionist tasks imaginable. I worked out of subway and the library and brought my printer and computers either, kept the work cell phone on my persons st all times. Met with prospective tenants to show property and assess applications or sign leases. Coordinated with vendors for the procurement of services such as repairs, renovations, landscaping.
Maintained accurate patient records for billing purposes, prepares claims for billing and F/U billing, does the end of the month paperwork, statements, and performs such duties as routing mail and answering the telephone, posts charges for nurses notes, therapy notes, HHA and supply charges, inputs OASIS data (start of care, transfer-in, resumptions care, and discharge OASIS), call insurance for Prior Authorizations, faxed information to Medicaid, out-of-town doctor's orders, face to face information and follow-up as needed, routes local doctors their orders for signature, does filing and other clerical work, makes up new charts for starts of care, break down discharged charts, assisted with chart reviews, assisted with organizing meetings, took new referrals and began the intake referral for new admissions, assisted with coding charts, sent HHCAPS reports in monthly, ordered supplies weekly, prepared mileage sheets for payroll/ accounting and performed other duties as needed.
Provided information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft, attended the "brief" meeting, conducted safety check before fight, greeted customers and check their tickets and accompany them to their seats, prepared and served drinks and food to passengers, presented emergency equipment and give instructions to pass out on board, complied with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection, assisted passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations, provided special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc), monitored and secured the cabin regularly
