  • I love working at SGWS and to be able to lead a team is something I take great pride in so many ways, to see the growth of someone or a whole bunch of people is so rewarding. I take all my life experiences and add that to SGWS FAMILY values is the recipe for building a winning culture for the long haul. If you don't implement the proper foundations of these core beliefs you might as well be building on quick sand because without these engrained beliefs it will be a short ride and that's not what it is all about. I'm empathetic to my people and listen to their opinions but at the same time we have goals to achieve so the principal of being held accountable is the #1 ingredient that I instill in anyone that works with me.
