Summary
When I began working at Roux&Brew in 2022, I was a very shy, quiet person. Throughout the 3 years I was there, the environment brought me out of my shell! I found my current dearest friends there, so I believe working in a restaurant makes you apart of a family. The family I grew closer with made me enjoy the job so much more; every day I would walk in excited to put my apron on and serve as many tables as possible. Eventually I moved up to bartending, which I very much enjoyed. Learning new drinks almost every shift was always fun for me, as much as talking with guest on what they usually like to drink and making something for them based on their taste. I enjoy building relationships with not only my coworkers, but guest as well. Most days, work didn’t feel like work; it felt like spending the day with friends and family! Since I am moving to Baton Rouge, I am looking for the same opportunities! :)
