•Prepare lesson plans and modify them to meet the individual needs of all students.
•Ensure that students and parents are welcomed into a safe and nurturing learning environment daily.
•Encourage students daily and provide adequate social and emotional support.
• Gathered and maintained individual, family, and classroom data for documentation, on-going assessments and classroom planning.
• Conduct developmental screenings of all students focusing on fine/ gross motor, language, social/emotional, and cognitive developments.

• Encourage the involvement of family support within the program and also support the developmental relationship between the student and their families.
• Conduct developmental screenings of all infants and toddlers focusing on fine/gross motor, language, social/emotional, and cognitive developments.
• Oversee 10-15 clients weekly and offered counseling services such as psychosocial rehabilitation and community psychiatric supportive treatment.
• Assess mental status of clients.
• Assist in the development of treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and determine changes that need to be made.
• Maintain records of patient interactions within day to day living.
