Every job or task comes with different requirements. While being the team captain of the baseball team, I had to not only lead by example, but make sure I was still a teammate as well. Whether it was a pat on the back or a push to get my teammates moving in the right direction. That role helped me develop my leadership roles tremendously which I'm forever grateful for. Working the cash register and serving ice cream was a different story. This is where I learned how to deal with different people and situations. This job helped me learn how to deal with multiple different tasks at one time, while still having good customer service. I have learned a lot of valuable lessons through baseball and work that have helped me already throughout my college career.
