Ava Denais

I love to push myself out of my comfort zone, and challenge my limits. Whether these challenges are physical, mental, or even emotional, I feel that it pushes me to grow as a person. I am hoping to gain friendships, guidance, and lifelong memories out of LSU recruitment. I would describe myself as someone who is shy, but loves meeting new people and loves being around others who are uplifting and kind! I also love doing acts of service to benefit my community. Since I was a student athlete my entire life, I'm beyond excited to see how far this next chapter will take me!
