Oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects to meet GC’s project schedule. Work with vendors/sub contractors to procure material and labor to ensure project schedule is being followed. Operate and bring in projects within set budget. Coordinate with GC/field personnel to work through any issues that arise. Issue RFI’s to the general contractor as issues arise that can’t be solved through field coordination.

Oversee and Install ductwork and mechanical systems on large commercial and industrial projects

Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure that jobs are on schedule and are within the framework of the engineer's and architect's design

Drafting of mechanical systems such as ductwork, hydronic piping and plumbing

Analyze all construction drawings to ensure the accuracy and the correct installation of all mechanical parts and systems

Installed ductwork and accessories for commercial and industrial building systems.
