- Project Palmetto, this was a 106 million dollar ground up project in Disney Wilderness lodge. Building 365 cabinets in 365 days.
- Disney Beach club Hotel Renovation, this included 678 hotel rooms, restrooms, drawing room, breezeway, and suites. Overall project was 30 million dollars. Scope of work required to remove existing back to the shell all new MEPs and finishes.
- Disney All Star Resort Renovation, this included 2200 hotel rooms, 50 ADA conversation rooms, overall project was 90 million dollars. Scope of work required to remove existing back to the shell all new MEPs and finishes.
- Disney Best Friends Pet Hotel addition, this was a ground up addition onto the existing building. overall project was 8 million dollars.
- Marriott Delta Grand Hotel renovation, this was a "soft good" renovation in 470 rooms. Scope of work required new tile/carpet/FF&E/paint. This project also included the ball room and restaurant renovation. This renovation consisted of removing existing back to the sell with all new finishes and MEPs. Over all project for the hotel renovation was 3 million dollars, over all project for the ball room and restaurant was 1.1 million dollars.
- Portofino Trattoria Universal Restaurant. Ground up project, overall project was 11 million dollars. And many more.
- 4 River BBQ restaurant, this was a ground up Restaurant in down town Orlando with a over value of 1.7 million
- and many more!

- Jax/ debary/ St Augustine solar felid. plowed underground cable from inverters to sub stations. all sod and site civil work.
- Lake Nona underground/road replacement, this project consisted of installing all new 36' water mains, 24" reclaim lines, all civil and road work.

- Disney Wedding Chapel Renovation, Scope of work was to remove all finishes and install new.
- Animal Kingdom Disney Jambo House hotel renovation.
