  • Improved team performance by providing regular coaching, training, and mentoring to Sales Leads.
  • Increased sales revenue by developing and implementing a new effective sales standard called "Weekly Wins"

A couple examples are, being complimented by Brian Burnett on possibly having the best Tequila distribution in the state. I also came up with breaking Absolut Ocean Spray variety packs down and selling as singles to help get more movement. We retailed them "2 for 5" and pulled business away from the competitors. This also helped my team gain more distribution on the other skus.
