Coordinate and manage tank barge maintenance. Survey internal and external hull prior to ISE's. Sign off on annuals and periodics under the TBSIP program. Work with vendors to ensure maintenance schedules, budgets, and repairs are being met in a timely manner.

Leader man at the TT104 repair yard. Lead and manage my team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Arrive before co-workers to inspect work areas/barges before work can begin. Primarily worked ISE's, annuals, and periodics.

During this period I primarily focused on real estate but also ran a lawn care service. It was a busy time for real estate and I was able to capitalize on homes needing lawn care before, during and after going on the market. As a licensed Realtor I assisted clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

Started here the week after graduating high school as an intern/helper but quickly graduated to running manual machines, such as lathes, mills, balancers, ect. While working here I was fortunate to gain knowledge of deep well pumps, various valves, and wenches.
