Last year, I obtained my teaching certification in Elementary Education and Special Education. I was selected to work the TLC group for students that needed extra intervention. I have been a LEAP administrator for eleven years. I am familiar with SER, writing IEPs and Sped procedures. These do change from year to year, but I pick new things up quickly and I am not afraid to ask questions.

I provided speech therapy services to multiple schools during my nine years as a speech therapist in Terrebonne Parish School System. I decided I wanted more options within the school system so I decided to begin my journey on teacher certification.
