Earned award from the demonstration of making an immediate impact upon hire, lowered numbers within the pitching staff, increased numbers offensively. I assisted with all aspect of the program with helping to continue to build the program, and have stepped into the Head Coach Role on a numerous amount of times. Handled all aspects of travel administration, budget, fundraising, community service and on field operations.
