  • Promoted to Vice President of Service when the company was merged with Storage Battery Systems to refine the overall Service business to run more effectively and efficiently.
  • Responsible for overall operations of the Reserve Power and Telecom Service Divisions.
  • This includes continuous improvement of processes and procedures, building, mentoring, and supporting the Service Management Team, driving efficiencies, productivity, and profitability, as well as, growing and maintaining good rapport with customers, and keeping a strategic vision to ensure continuous growth.
  • Designed and implemented an innovative and unique compensation program to increase employee loyalty and reduce turnover.
  • Successfully led the transition of all Stationary Service work for customers from our sister company through our merger, while keeping our normal service work flowing without any interruptions in service.
  • Successfully transitioned five company acquisitions into our Service portfolio, while continuing to grow margin, profitability, and technician utilization.

  • This included building a Management Team and a complete restructure of the entire Service Division, working closely with the CEO/President to ensure the end result was feasible and sustainable
  • This new structure resulted in an increase in Technician Productivity of approximately 10%
  • Worked with our Management Team to create a Safety Culture and drive our EMR from 0.85 to 0.73, which was a record low for the company
  • Developed the Technical Support Team, made up of Managers and Technicians, to help create processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and productivity, and ultimately profitability
  • Increased Technician headcount by 65% across all Departments, with no decrease in Productivity or Profitability.
