I had a bright football experience at the high school and college level were I learn people skill, team building, leadership, development, and self motivation. Each game day I would have to exhibit trust in the orders and directions that where provided by our coach or quarterback, and help translate those directions to others in real time, this is a skill that has transferred to every one of my professional opportunities leading up to this present moment.
