and appearance in accordance with facility policy;

• Ensure compliance with all facility

• Document individual and group behaviors;

• Provide consequences and rewards for youth behavior in accordance with established policy;

• Provide encouragement to youth and engage youth in pro-social activities;

• Provide security for youth and activities;

• Control violent and uncooperative youth;

• Supervises meal service to residents;

• Assist in moving youth individually and or in groups from one part of the facility to another;

• Prepare and maintain daily logs;
