Throughout my experiences in the workforce, I have learned and widened my expertise. When going into work, I don't just do it for the money, I do it to acquire more skills and improve myself even further. Although I have worked completely different types of jobs, I always got the same type of feedback which was that I was kindhearted, humble, and hardworking. I always find myself putting myself into other people's shoes which resulted in me going above and beyond even when I'm not asked. I do tasks without being asked because I know a job requires teamwork and helping each other when needed. My experience with working with the YMCA had to have been the most enlightening. This was because going into it I did not realize how much more I would be doing besides watching over younger campers. I personally have always loved kids so the job was more than enjoyed and teaching them things in a fun way was always my strong spot. I connect with people well, as I am always told I am respectful by friends, colleagues, family, and my bosses. I understand that having a good first impression and overall a good personality goes a long way, and I'd like to think that is another strong spot of mine.
