
I have extensive experience with customer service, including interacting with customers to understand and address concerns, handling relevant equipment as the job requires, and connecting with people to enhance their experience or service. My years in the fields I've worked have taught me that most customers or guests appreciate feeling understood, and that the phenomenon of human connection goes deeper than superficial concerns like whether or not the customer is technically mistaken.
