Rotating equipment experience:
- field MW specializing in troubleshooting, overseeing all millwright work on-site, maintenance and turnaround activities with a core group of 20 full time millwrights. Leader of the root cause analysis process on all break ins alone with management of our on site rework process.
- Shop MW rebuilding critical spare pumps and other rotating equipment. Cncl blowers, Atomizer, boiler feed water pumps, airlocks and powder moving equipment are some examples of replacement spares repaired on-site with our central repair shop employees, 2 permanent shop millwrights 1 machinist and 1 shop foreman. This shop prides themselves on having the knowledge and ability to repair all equipment on site.
- MW Supervisor managing 20 MW’s over 8 operating units. Responsible for employee assessment, growth, and development.
Develop and implement PM program for operational & environmental critical equipment.
- Planning & Scheduling Supervisor for routine maintenance & TA. Managed team of 6 planners and 2 schedulers for routing maintenance and 3 annual outages.
- TA coordinator. Led onsite resource and sub contract resources for safe and timely work during outages.
- Site Supervisor. Responsible for safety,schedule compliance, and productivity for 8 independent work teams as well as central fabrication shop and rotating equipment repair shop. Lead contact for site for mechanical critical response.
