I started my own company a couple years back. Before starting my company , I grew up on a sugar cane farm. My parents and grand parents own this farm. All the work skills I use daily were learned on this farm. I learned how to operate heavy equipment and construction skills. When leaving the farm in th mid 80's, I went into construction work for Performance Contractors doing civil work. I started as a dirt operator, running dozers and excavators, etc. Then I was promoted to Supervision for Performance.I was a foreman and supervisor, for Civil Jobs in refineries and chemical plants. In addition, I worked offshore for Shell Pipeline. Presently, I am doing consultant work for Rain Carbon. The years of experience throughout my life gave me the confidence to start my own construction company. My company is known for constructing docks, bulkheads, boat sheds, or whatever the customers want. I even built my own camp. I am willing to share my knowledge and potential customers for Chad to develop a customer base in the South, I am willing to help Chad be successful developing a Southern Branch for Capra. The jobs I will help Chad compete for in the refineries and chemical plants are too large for my small company. In addition, I will help him bid on parish and state jobs in southeast Louisiana. Also, I offered the use of my camp on Four Mile Bayou for entertaining potential customers.
