- As the work gets done I will close them out by adding the last few things that needs to be added to the work order in example parts, labor and time spent on the work order as well as any notes that the mechanic or technician added onto the original work order.
- Once I get all the work orders closed I will file them in a box in alphabetical order.
- I would make sure all the proper information is on the vehicle repair request form in order for the services to be made and if something was missing I would ask the personal to get the missing part to add to their paper before I fill out a work order for the vehicle.

- Making sure all animals are accounted for that morning and none are missing from there kennels.
- Make kennel changes as needed through the day throughout the week for both cats and dogs.

- Making sure I check the water bowls are filled up with water if they weren’t then I would fill them up with water.

- As they called for either dog or cat adoptions I would l walk customers in either building where we had the dogs and the cats were available adoption.

- If any of the animals were on certain medicines and needed it I would give the animal its medicine as it was prescribed to them.
- On Fridays I would check the feed barrels and the kitty litter to make sure they were full for the weekend for the ones working on the weekend.
- At the end of the day I would do a final count on all the animals that were located at the shelter throughout all the buildings.
- As animals were brought in by the public or other animal shelters in the parking lot I would go get them and put them in kennels as they were brought in I would mark the kennel number down on the kennel card.
