As the work gets done I will close them out by adding the last few things that needs to be added to the work order in example parts, labor and time spent on the work order as well as any notes that the mechanic or technician added onto the original work order.
Once I get all the work orders closed I will file them in a box in alphabetical order.
I would make sure all the proper information is on the vehicle repair request form in order for the services to be made and if something was missing I would ask the personal to get the missing part to add to their paper before I fill out a work order for the vehicle.
