I was recruited out of retirement to run 3665 in Bossier Cuty, LA. I took this store from a problem child situation to being a successful and profitable store that beat shrink by 100 base points it's first inventory after I took over. I was then moved to Haughton, LA store 10190 where I turned that store into the highest volume store in district 946. I was promoted to store training manager in 2023 and then placed in the Store Manager Ladder program where I completed the program in less than 6 months and have passed 2ivisional interviews over zoom.

Preparing was planning for 30/60/90 days out including correction of errors from the year before. Secondary responsibilities included with running the c-store and making sure that all federal, state, and local guidelines for tobacco, alcohol, and gasoline.
