Im the Program Director for an addiction substance abuse facility Im in charge of teaching men Christian principles through the transforming power of God's love Working one on one as well as in groups, taking the men out on certain work details and teach them new job skills and how to work together as a team Praying before and after each job so God always gets the glory

I also teach Faith based new behavior modification therapy, im a licensed 4 gospels Minister, ordained decan at my church and I love studying the word of God and preaching the gospel Im also in charge doing all intakes of every man coming into the facility, scheduling all doctor, dentist, appointments, making sure all court dates are made on time I coordinate all visitation and monitor each one Im in charge of performing drug test I write all court letters, progress letters, and discharge letters to all Judges, District Attorneys, and Probation and Parole offices throughout the state I work one on one with all law enforcement, court systems etc to help form a plan for each client in the program to help better their situation while they are in the program and when they complete My number one goal with every person is to make sure that person gets a fair opportunity to make a choice to accept Jesus as their personal savior (Matt:11:28,John3:16)
