

In addition to soft skills gained from unrelated fields, my experience as a student in the Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture has hardened me into a hardworking and capable person and student. Rigorous real-world projects and collaboration with a group has been my favorite part.
Hosting included taking call-in orders as well as walk-in to go orders. Greeting dine-in customers and answering questions. Making all specialty drinks including alcoholic beverages. cleaning up the drinks station and prepping utensils. Serving involved taking care of the entire dining room (10) tables and running food. Managing high stress situations and have a stable head was paramount. Cleaning the dining room and bathrooms were the post shift duties.
