I am willing to learn new skills and better my understanding in all aspects of life and learning. Over the years being in different settings and learning directly from children what they need to be pushed and feel heard and other adults about how to deal with situations if feel that it has helped me become a better avocate for the future generations I could be working with. I am open to new ways and people, and have an understanding of priorities as well as working as a team to reach a goal.
