
Key Responsibilities:
Direct supervision and management of inmates in holding areas, ensuring that they remain in custody.
Conducting inmate headcounts, performing patrols, ensuring security during transports, and maintaining facility security.
Maintaining accurate jail records and inmate logs.
Distributing meals and commissary orders (hygiene, snacks).
Providing security for inmates during internal movements and external medical visits.
Following all relevant laws, policies, and procedures for correctional facilities.
Key Responsibilities.
Craft hot/cold drinks (espresso, teas, smoothies) following recipes.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Steam milk, pull shots, and customize drinks (syrups, dairy).
Prepare food items like pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
Warmly greet customers, and build relationships.
Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
Take orders accurately, noting customizations.
Process payments (cash/card) using the POS system.
Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment spotless.
Restock supplies (cups, beans, lids, milk).
Handle opening, closing tasks, including setup, and cleaning.
Monitor inventory, and report maintenance needs.
Ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment.
Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with training new staff, and suggesting menu improvements.
