  • Some of my goals and responsibilities in this role have included the following: building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with my customer contacts at each of my accounts. These relationships have helped me become more than just another salesperson to my customers. I am a trusted partner who brings value to their organization and is willing and able to assist them with their projects and day-to-day operations. Some of the resources and partnerships I have utilized to succeed in this role include collaborating with other Grainger teammates across the company including those in branches, safety and facility services, KeepStock, seller and product support, consulting services, and more. I have also partnered with resources outside of the company, such as suppliers, vendors, and service providers to bring additional value and insight to my customers. Other areas of responsibilities have included maintaining my salesforce opportunities pipeline, rolling calendars, staying up to date on training, and maintaining other metrics and KPI’s. I have consistently scored “Meets” or “Exceeds Expectations” on all my reviews and have met or surpassed my yearly sales goals, excluding this current half, since starting in the role. Some of the skills I have acquired or strengthened in this role include time management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Responsibilities include servicing customer’s Grainger vending machines and keep stock programs. Have developed and maintained close working relationships with customers and sales partners. Work closely with coworkers and sales partners on project work such as vending installs and keep stock installs. Work inline with sales partners to provide excellent service to customers and grow shared accounts. Attend safety calls on the regional and national level and relaying the information to current team during weekly calls.
