I was given leadership in application of any new processes being applied. Over seeing the relief and break schedules for balance and efficiency in our duties.   • As a pastor at Church Point Ministries, I was given oversight of the spiritual aspects of the ministry. I delegated the order, date and times of the ministrys' staff schedule to minister. I also had the oversight of the deacons and urshers' ministry. My job was to facilitate guidance, promote clarity and transparency in and through the ministry. My guide and focus was and still is, "The Holy Bible". I personally peached hundreds of messages to the congregation whether under a tent or in our sanctuary.

  • I was hired by Rhodia as a pipefitter and combination welder. I had at that time approximately ten years of experience welding in the chemical industry. I was given a fitter to work with me, as we did pipe and structural repairs within and outside of the plants' boundary. I was also directed to facilitate drawings of the projects given me to fabricate and install different areas in the plant. Creating the blueprint for a new undertaking, usually a revision in the present piping and or structual integrity of the system we were working on. Another part of my job in which I volunteered for was Fire and rescue team and First Responder. I really enjoyed the training and preparations for an incident. We were involved in a few incidents, but thank God no one ever died on our watch.

  • While working at the Wyandote Plant in Giesmar, Louisiana, I was given the task of developing a welding procedure for a high pressure specialized tank with several restrictions. It was successful and my name is on it.
