Summary

Experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse enthusiastic about pursuing an advanced practice nursing degree as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Actively serving as a Designated Charge Nurse, I am confident in leading the multidisciplinary team in managing the care of critically ill patients requiring high-acuity interventions including ECMO, HFOV, iNO therapies and sedation management. Alongside my clinical role, I also participate in Quality Improvement (QI) projects to promote optimal outcomes for patients, serve as a preceptor to new hires and serve as a member of the unit council. It is my intention to advance my career through acceptance to an accredited graduate program and bring forth the experiences and skills I have acquired to better serve patients in the clinical setting.
