Served as the JRTC Instrumentation Officer. Responsible for assisting in the management, configuration, operation, and modernization of the JRTC Combat Training Center Instrumentation System (CTC-IS) and tactical communications network valued at over $250M. Responsible for a multi-functional team consisting of one CPT, one SFC, and three DA civilians. Provides instrumentation, simulation, and communication support to enable mission command for brigade combat teams, joint, and special operations forces, and other units training at JRTC and their home-station. Coordinates across multiple civilian agencies to provide world-class after-action reviews to enhance the overall readiness to the rotational training units.

Served as the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) Simulations Branch Chief. Responsible for assisting the TACSS Chief in the management, configuration, operations, and modernization of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability; oversees simulations operations at the Battle Simulation Center; plans and coordinates with multiple entities outside of JRTC to assist in modernization of the Live-Virtual-Constructive environment; conducts coordination and planning with multiple military and civilian agencies to facilitate both local and distributed live, virtual, and constructive rotational support; develops games for training to assist the JRTC OPS GRP mission of training BDE staffs. Serves as second in position of authority for the TACSS section.

Responsible for the Rotational Training Unit's mission command systems integration with the 21st ID network. Responsible for one 255A Chief Warrant Officer and managing DNOC operations during RSOI. Ensures upper TI connectivity, AIDE, ARES, CPOF, CPCE, WAVE, TAK and Transvers support for Operations Group and 1-509th IN REGT to enable mission command. Provide world class support to RTUs through instrumented AAR support.

Served as the Aviation Simulations Chief OC/T. Responsible for matters pertaining to the organization, employment, training and operations. Assisted in the facilitation of collaboration amongst United States Army, Army Reserve and National Guard partners by bridging multiple collaboration networks such as SharePoint and Intelink; and maintaining this environment through various collaborative tools. Assisted the Brigade Scenario section by ensuring all data and requirements were met to support the diverse live, virtual and constructive simulation capabilities that produce the training events for the unit and for the mobilizing USAR and ARNG units. Stayed current on both the Simulations and Knowledge Management field skills and technology, and ensured the Brigade is always capable to meet mission and the Commanders intent within the max capacity.

Company Commander for a deployable Headquarters and Support Company providing equipment maintenance, medical, food service,
transportation, and life support for the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion and the 1st Cavalry Division Headquarters; manages Army systems to include training management, schools, accountability, APFT, ACBP, weapons qualifications, and medical readiness; responsible for the accountability and security of MTOE equipment valued in excess $53.1million; including Division command and control systems and137 pieces of rolling stock. Responsible for the readiness and quality of life for 328 Soldiers and their families.

Commander of the 1st Cavalry Division's Horse Cavalry Detachment, a unique Department of the Army Special Ceremonial Unit;
responsible for the representation and support of III Corps, the 1st Cavalry Division, and the US Army at official ceremonies,
demonstrations, parades and other various public appearances, both military and civic; maintains and preserves the traditions of the US
Cavalry by training and demonstrating the drill and tactics of the Indian Wars era (c. 1865-1891) Cavalry units. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale and training of 34 Soldiers with 16 different MOSs, as well as the care, maintenance and training of 32 horses, 4 mules and 2 dogs; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all unit equipment, installation and organizational, to include period weapons, 12 buildings and an 80 acre equine facility, valued at over $3 million dollars; responsible for managing the unit's annual budget of over $280K.
