Pull and rout cables

Safety First: Ensured all safety protocols were in place.

Powered down all necessary equipment and wore the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Plan the Route: Identified the exact paths for the cables, taking into account the length, bend radius, and potential obstacles.

Prepare the Cables: Measured and cut the cables to the required length. Labeled both ends clearly to avoid confusion during termination.

Use Appropriate Tools: Utilized PVC, polyester rope on longer pulls to guide cables through trays.

Routing: Carefully routed the cables along the planned path, securing them with cable ties or clips, raceways as needed. Avoided sharp bends and ensured cables were not pinched or strained.

Termination: Once routed, terminated the cables in the control panels, junction boxes, field instruments, emergency load center panels in the (4160v, 480v) MCC switchgear building according to the manufacturer's instructions or engineering drawings.

Testing: After installation, tested the cables for continuity, also tested instruments for proper function to ensure they met operational standards,

Documentation: Recorded the installation details, including cable types, lengths, and routing paths for future reference,

Made sure to follow any specific organizational or regulatory guidelines applicable to the project.

Installed instrument stands

Mounted Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Pressure Differential Transmitters, all transmitters was tubed with 1/2" Tubing 0.49. cut, fab, and installed supports. bent and installed perforated angle tray.

Installed Temperature Transmitters, Temperature Differential Transmitters. Installed skin thermocouple assembly type k cable.

Installed new inlet analyzer rack assembly

installed 1/4" heat trace SS Tubing bundle sample supply from inlet analyzer to sample probe.

Ran 1/2" tubing on sample conditioning system Flare return line from panel to process tap.

Ran 1/2" tubing instrument air line from panel to air header.

Installed cylinder rack, Ran 1/4" silco tubing from Val gas inlet to sample conditioning system panel.

Bent and installed conduit 3/4" rigid aluminum for pressure transmitters. fabricate and install supports for tubing/ conduit rout.

Cut fab and install ladder tray and channel tray. Take measurements,Shoot studs, pull cable, tie wrap cables, grounding, mount stantion lights, land and gland cables . Can read isometric drawings, ran alittle conduit, terminated lights and junction boxes.
