Supported a five-day commercial shoot by coordinating across all departments. This included overseeing truck rental, transportation of staff and talent, set build and breakdown, craft supply and meals.
Coordinated props selection and acquisition for a series of CoverGirl commercials, leading a team of twelve individuals to efficiently source all set materials and props, transport them to the filming location, and prepare and stage the location for successful commercial filming.
