Customer service is one thing I surprisingly pick up on quickly. When I started off as a cashier, I was nervous, afraid to make any little mistake. As I grew more comfortable with the environment, customer service grew more natural to me. I moved and applied for a job as a server. It was a huge jump for me and it was a little nerve racking. Again as I settled into the environment, serving became a bit more natural. Following in the steps of my coworkers at all of my jobs, past and current, seemed to help my confidence in my ability to perform on the sales floor and on the restaurant floor.
