• Transport and stage product throughout facility using forklifts
• Address common issues in grinding and flavoring areas
• Work with Maintenance on issues relating to grinding/ flavoring areas
• Work with Quality department to ensure production meets specs
• Effectively record and complete all needed documentation
• Perform other duties as determined by the management team
  

• Lead shipping and receiving team to ensure proper processing and accurate inventory counts.
• Plan and coordinate work for warehouse team including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain safe and clean warehouse and equipment; lead forklift training as needed.
• Complete shipping and receiving reports accurately; ensure carrier paperwork is completed and signed.
• Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiving reports.
• Oversee the movement of inventory in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse and storage operations.
• Perform other duties as required.
