Currently working as Project Coordinator and Director Assistant responding to project Mekong For The Future (Community Voice for Change) - which is funded by USAID - WWF.
I have participated in workshops, meetings, and conferences such as MRC - The 13th Regional Stakeholder Forum - Data Sharing for Transparency.
Participated in Outcome Harvesting Training held by OXFAM.
Monitored project progress in fieldwork funded by EU - HELVELTAS, and identified basic needs of Local communities in rural areas.
Interacted with Donors, co-workers, and other team members from CSOs/NGOs/INGOs by phone, email, or in person to provide information.

Lao Women Union in Hungary

Leader of Lao Women Union association in Hungary around 70 Lao Women studying in Hungary in different cities.
Prepared working papers, reports (both monthly and yearly reports), and supporting documentation for the Laos students association in Hungary
Analyzed Lao Women Union members' data and reported to the Lao Embassy in Hungary.
Collected and reported monthly expenses and explanations
Provided support in the hosting of student online meetings during COVID-19 and represent Lao students to report and organize meetings with the Lao Embassy.

Hold My Hand Foundation

Conducted home visits to assess clients' home, where I worked with people in mentally disabled environments and provided support. Mostly they are people with Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Autism and some people who does not has enough oxygen to the brain a (or more correctly called nowadays mentally challenged) and we called them “The Youngsters”. The adult people above 16 years, who have completed their compulsory education and wish to work in a protected workshop. There are two facilities operated by the Foundation: a daycare center and a residence (Living Centre).
Developed and implemented social work plans to understand desired project goals and properly align social work activities.
Participated in workshops related to projects to gain knowledge
Reported back to mentor and professor to receive day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
