Accomplishments
- In December 2024, I received the Good Catch Award, and I noticed that a patient with a rare disease would shake erratically in his hospital bed. This patient did not have any seizure pads to put on his bed, only because he was not considered a seizure precaution. So then I took action to put seizure pads on his hospital bed and reported immediately to the assigned nurse and my clinical manager.
