Accomplishments

    While working with Spraying Systems NE, I was able to work with upper management to reduce the amount of personal in the Shipping/Receiving dept from 5 to 2. By restructuring the work flow area, to reach maxima output while reducing shipping errors.

    I was moved to Receiving/Inspection after the company moved into a larger facility. There I worked with the current receiver to further their plans to streamline the receiving inspection area, before they were promoted. Working with the company Engineers we were able to modify the inspection reports to reduce wasted time and increase accuracy of reports need to release materials to the work floor.
