Summary

I have worked primarily with an IT Managed Service Provider, and have been in charge of the procurement and provisioning of devices for both new hires and replacement hardware for over 1000 users that span across many business sectors. In addition to provisioning, I provide technical support of all variety to our clients, from setting up VPN's to troubleshooting network issues, to creating images for new clients to use as baseline standards. I am driven by solving technical issues and working with others. I love the fast paced environment of scaling organizations, and am ever eager to continue to provide great service to clients.
