- Ouachita Parish Police Jury Elected, 2019, Present, Parish governments manage over fifty functions, including road and bridge maintenance, drainage, solid waste disposal, fire protection, and recreational facilities. We also maintain courts and offices for the Assessor, Coroner, Clerk of Court, Registrar of Voters, District Attorney, and Sheriff. Additionally, we promote economic development and tourism, regulate businesses, and administer various state and federal programs.
- Louisiana Association of School Transportation Officials (LASTO), LASTO's primary responsibilities include advocating for legislation, disseminating information, providing professional training, and promoting safety. It serves as a central hub for knowledge sharing, professional development, and advocacy to enhance the safety and quality of student transportation services in Louisiana.
