I currently still go in for this business as needed if I am available. I started here in 2013 as a hostess and progressed forward to become a busser (clean tables, sweep floors, bring out chips salsa and water, attend to any messes, set up for parties) then an expo lineman (watching tickets at the food came through the window, ensuring that the plates were made correctly, adding necessary things, traying up orders, boxing togo orders and sending food out of the kitchen) , eventually becoming head hostess.
