- Although my interest is now in the world of metal fabrication, I have spent much of my time in the restaurant industry.
- I have worked around the country, with my longest tenure being my family's business Comfort Cafe, in Chicago. After 7 years I left to pursue other spaces.
- My second longest tenure, of three plus years, was at Restaurant Group Jefferey Adams & Subsidiaries.
- It was there, I developed a fervor for kitchen design and the fabrication of custom kitchen equipment, grills and smokers.
- Thus leading my focus to the realm of construction, welding and metal fabrication.
