2. Making sure that any customer that calls in with an off route request gets taken care of in a timely manner by routing them in to a future route day that is within a reasonably efficient distance from them.

3. Building relationships with customers that insured customer retention as well as the ability to upsell product when opportunities would arise.

4. Maintained proper inventory for multiple types of customers with many different types of products to insure they would have all products needed to cover them from one delivery to the next.

5. Maintaining a working and up to date knowledge of all the products available to be sold or rented including pricing, quantity of product in multiple package styles, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix or replace multiple types of water coolers.

7. Operating different types of forklifts and pallet jacks in order to load and unload products.
