• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Balance a cash drawer at the end of the shift according to store policy.
• Assist in stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information on products.

While working at this grocery store, I also worked in the meat department. There, I learned to:

• Adhered to food safety regulations during handling and storage of products.
• Weighed, wrapped, labeled, priced, and displayed merchandise for sale.
• Collaborated with team members to ensure efficient workflow in busy periods.
• Learned basic butchering techniques from experienced staff to improve skills.
