I'm a motivated person eager to help our crew advance in knowledge and abilities to meet career goals and benefit our mill. My goal is to be a personal trainer, mentor, and career counselor to the technician. I would like to see whoever the department learning leader is be an advisor to the leadership of our mill about proper placement of technicians to benefit each department and the employee alike. I believe we should evaluate each student to know their strengths and weaknesses so we can most effectively place them as well as grow them to their full potential.
