- Improve the cut track building by supplying it with tools and equipment and at the same time we were able to keep the building clean while having consistent flow of cars going through the shop. Created a positive working environment, by setting expectations and fostering collaboration among team members while holding them accountable for their performance levels. Work with the trainer to help make sure the new hires are learning how to do the work safely and per the procedures. Also working with the inspection department to ensure that while we are following the procedures we are producing a quality product the first time and reducing rework. Managing the employees so that the cars can be completed efficiently on a daily basis. Manage the switching process to keep the flow consistent and on time. Schedule the new hires to complete all the training and testing required to perform all the jobs that meet their job description. Keep the back log down so that we can also complete bad order cars and help with the shop flow.
- Increase the department productivity and quality when i filled in for 1st shift Blast, Paint and Decal department for 6 months and also still ran 2nd shift to consistently complete cars efficiently and safely. Helped prove that we at the time had to many blasters and did not need a second shift if 1st and 3rd shift would consistently start and finish the cars they worked on.
- Covered for the parts/valve department and the mechanical department on the off shifts when needed.
- Maintain accurate breakdowns, give daily safety meetings, motivate employees to work safely, be efficient while completing cars and producing a quality product consistently. Also setting up the next shift to be successful.
- Improved and maintained the efficiency of repair procedures and extend equipment life cycles while training new hires on 2nd shift in the blast department .

- I was appointed to keep track of the calibration of tools being used in the shops. I would take tools out of service that needed to be calibrated and replace them with tools that are calibrated. Also keep a log of which tools were being used and the tools that are taken out of service.
