Accomplishments

I have precepted numerous nurse practitioner students throughout my over 20 years of clinical practice. I served as adjunct clinical faculty for Northwestern State University Nurse Practitioner program for one semester in 2017, responsible for multiple students. This responsibility included clinical evaluation and check off of skills and knowledge at each clinical site, as well as grading all required papers and SOAP notes for each student.


I was awarded Advanced Practice Nurse of the Year in 2004
