Summary

Since, I was study at the National University Of Lao for year 2, I has opportunity to worked with Childfund lao for short-term consultant until i graduated for 2012. Then, I got opportunity to work with Childfund again such as MEL consultant for full time since 2012 to 2014. After that, i leave CFL to work for Namngiep1 hydropower to fill full the position of Social Monitoring Officer for 2014-2019. And then, move to work with Caritas Luxembourg for M&E assistant from 2019-2020. And final, i came to work with Cord Laos until current for MEAL Officer.

This above, is overall of my personal experience for M&E directly long 8 years, a long time during worked with various projects, that i have to success for M&E system development, update project indicators, design digital tools for data collection, facilitator for learning workshop, conducted case study and coordination with partner for implement project achievement effectiveness. However, excepted the success that i still in facing for challenge such as not a leader for baseline and endline by myself alone, it's mean need support closely with manager or advisor. within those success and challenge i have lesson learn that would be more learnt, attention to update myself for leading baseline or endline data collection, including update new innovation to support M&E works.
