With a strong foundation in IT support, I perform exemplary installations of software, management of Windows Server, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth technical operations. My expertise further extends to interface design, where, aside from Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, and Visual Studio Code, languages such as HTML, CSS, C/C#, C++, and Python are used in dynamic and efficient web and software development. I bring in useful skills in UX/UI design of web and applications, basics about SQL, databases, and machine learning to build data-driven solutions. Strong problem-solving, updating of documentation, and good communication ensure that projects are delivered efficiently while meeting the needs of users.
