- Launched 2-week post op virtual visit with nurses in 2019.
- Rebuilt the orientation process with the clinic manager to standardize education starting with ethics/professional standards, anatomy & pathophysiology, and assessment lectures (Neurosurgery specific) as well as precept and mentor new hires to the clinic.
- Act as interim nursing supervisor and manager as needed. Currently approve time cards in Kronos, construct weekly staffing schedule for entire practice, oversee clinic operations, open physician assistant schedule templates monthly, and modify physician templates as needed for open and closures, added clinics, etc.
